Prepaid Top-Up System

Prepaid Mobile Phone Card or Gaming Prepaid Card don't have to be sold physically. PTS takes place between the merchants and the service providers to sell pins information printed on a receipt.

The Prepaid Top-up System provides a more efficient and secured way to the system owner to manage the prepaid value and allows the system owner to sell prepaid card value to distributors electronically. The prepaid value stock at each merchant can be monitored automatically and hence system owner can manage its sales more effectively.

Before signing up new merchant, we work out merchant segmentation and portfolio. By network coverage of well-trained freelance recruiters and staffs, IO people are able to source easily new potential merchants.

Merchant servicing

With expertise and enthusiasm of our IO people, we provide superior merchant support and service including fast approval, detailed merchant training and prompt error settlement.

Follow up and Promotion

We favor promotion for both merchants and consumers We work closely with banks to summarize revenue from card payment of each merchant. Based on this statistics, we categorize merchant into top ranking and low ranking ones. Top ranking will be offered special preferences, or awards whereas low-ranking merchants will be investigated the weaknesses and be offered promotion campaign for consumers to revive its card business.

Call center/ IT and support

IO organize a dedicated call center to support merchants. Our hotline 24/7 is 1900 1520 IO technical staffs can promptly go on-site to detect malfunction of terminal and decide to correct or replace it.

Bac A Bank We provide maintenance service for 200 merchant units of Bac A Bank spreading in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Vinh City. Our services include terminal installation, helpdesk support, fault attending, programming and deprogramming of software, terminal storage and retrieval.

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) We offer merchant care service for nearly 10,000 merchant units of Vietinbank nationwide. We co-build with Vietinbank the service process and procedures to ensure the unification and profession of the whole system.
