Prepaid Top-Up System

Prepaid Mobile Phone Card or Gaming Prepaid Card don't have to be sold physically. PTS takes place between the merchants and the service providers to sell pins information printed on a receipt.

The Prepaid Top-up System provides a more efficient and secured way to the system owner to manage the prepaid value and allows the system owner to sell prepaid card value to distributors electronically. The prepaid value stock at each merchant can be monitored automatically and hence system owner can manage its sales more effectively.

Lines Encryption System

LES server sits inside the bank's network between the NAC/NCC and the host. LES server will send decrypted messages to the bank host.

Without LES, the ISO 8583 messages are transmitted in clear, anyone can read it and the Central Bank of Malaysia, Bank Negara, mandated that by the end of 2005, all credit card transactions by Malaysian banks had to be encrypted to curb the high rate of fraud. Our system follows Bank Negara requirements.

With LES, all messages between terminal and LES server are encrypted.

• • The bank host does not need to have any changes.
  • Any kinds of terminals, as well as any kinds of NAC or NCC can be handled with the system. The transmission may be Dialup, GPRS or TCP/IP, it absolutely doesn't make any difference because the message is encrypted after the TPDU.
  • The ISO8583 is encrypted wholly, no-one, including us, can know what's inside the message during the transmission.
