Josh assisted with the development of programs supporting organizational strategy and objectives, both short and long range. Previously, Josh was the Chief Operating Officer for Accurate Healthcare and worked for AmSurg, a leading, outpatient surgery company, where his focus entailed financial management and operational assistance. Mr. Johnson brings over fifteen (15) years of healthcare experience with a keen focus on oncology service line leadership.

Stuart has over 30 years of broad financial, strategic, operational, and merger and acquisition experience across multiple business segments with companies including Frito-Lay, Inc. (a division of PepsiCo), Centex Homes (now part of Pulte Group, Inc.), David Weekley Homes, CompX International Inc., NCH Corporation and Atlas Powder Company. Stuart earned a B.A. in Accounting from St. Ambrose University and a Finance Certificate from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed CPA and CGMA.
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Silver Oak, Mr. Glisson was responsible for private equity investments in the business, consumer and healthcare services industries at Lake Capital, a middle-market firm with over $1.3 billion under management. Previously, Mr. Glisson was an Associate with Advent International, a global private equity firm with over $24 billion in cumulative capital raised. Mr. Glisson began his career in the investment banking division of A.G. Edwards, where he was involved in a variety of debt and equity offerings and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Glisson received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Gill currently serves on the board of directors of Asure Software, Inc., the Pediatric Dental Practice Management platform, PLA, PRN, Redwood Dental and VASA Fitness. Mr. Gill previously served on the board of directors of Advantage Payroll Services, Aurum Technology, CompuPay, Convergent Resources, Direct Travel, Dynamic Hospitals, Education Corporation of America, GKIC, Interlink Communications Partners, iSystems, Merit Health Systems, Physicians Endoscopy, and six other companies.
Prior to the formation of Silver Oak, Mr. Gill was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Willis Stein & Partners, a private equity limited partnership. Mr. Gill and four other partners formed the firm in 1995 after successful careers together at CIVC, a subsidiary of Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank). Prior to CIVC, Mr. Gill worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He currently serves on the board of the Illinois Chapter of The Alzheimer’s Association and The Josselyn Center and is past president of the Board of Trustees of the Illinois chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In addition, he periodically teaches at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Gill received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Bucknell University.

Mr. Tanner was a co-founder of Navix Radiology Systems, Inc. and primarily responsible for the creation of that company’s business plan. During the more than four years Mr. Tanner was with Navix, he contributed to building Navix from zero to over $75 million in revenues, including the acquisition of seven professional radiology practices and orchestrating the acquisition and financing of a major diagnostics subsidiary from a large national provider of dialysis services. Functioning as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Navix,
Mr. Tanner was also responsible for all day-to-day operations of Navix. Prior to founding Navix, Mr. Tanner served as Chief Operating Officer at HealthInfusion, Inc. Before joining HealthInfusion, Mr. Tanner was primarily involved in the financial services industry. Mr. Tanner successfully orchestrated the financial and operational turn-around of two publicly traded companies within that industry having previously co-founded (in 1977) and operated Scientific Leasing, Inc., for over 10 years. Prior to Scientific Leasing, Inc. Mr. Tanner worked in public accounting for six years with KPMG Peat Marwick.
