Integrated Oncology Network Announces Partnership With Premier Physicians of New York, PLLC, And Acquisition of Minority Equity Interest in New York City First Land Partners, LLC.

Corona del Mar, California – Integrated Oncology Network, LLC (“ION”) today announced that it is partnering with Premier Physicians of New York, PLLC, a multispecialty oncologic group practice, and has acquired a minority equity interest in New York City First Land Partners, LLC, owners of: (i) Eastside Radiation Oncology Management, LLC, who provides management services and technology to Eastside Radiation Oncology, (ii) Tribeca Radiation Oncology Management, LLC, who provides management services and technology to Tribeca Radiation Oncology, and (iii) Manhattan Medical Development, LLC, who is developing a radiation center in midtown Manhattan.

Tony Berson, Roberto Lipsztein, Tracy Ng and Richard Stock in New York” said Dr. Shyam Paryani, Managing Partner of New York First Land Partners and Director of Florida Radiation Oncology Group (FROG). “We will provide Comprehensive Cancer Care that is both compassionate and convenient in multiple locations in Manhattan.”
